Please note that the cutoff time for same-day loan payments is 3:00 pm ET. Payments received after this time or scheduled on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day. A business day is considered Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.  A late charge may be assessed if your loan becomes past due.

Beginning February 1, 2026, a $10 Convenience Fee will apply to loan payments made by debit card through SmartPay. Loan payments made via ACH (bank account transfer) will continue to be available at no charge. You may update your payment method at any time within SmartPay.
